Photography
Even though I’ve been photographing for my entire adult life, I started seriously experimenting with photo books in 2012.
Recently, I finally found a way to present the photo books online in a way that more corresponds with the printed versions.
Apropos the printed versions… These are signed and numbered, hard-cover books, printed professionally on demand. Depending on the book, they come in three sizes:
approx. 39cm x 30cm, 30cm x 30cm, and 28cm x 21cm.
These books are available for sale. Contact me if you are interested.
Minigolf Archeology, At the End of the Forest, Figures in a Garden and Minigolf Epistemology are a test for now – even though information about them is still lacking.
The PDF files used for these online versions, correspond to the actual size of the printed books. They have been compressed significantly, but are still quite large files, so please be patient when viewing online. I recommend viewing them on a large computer screen to reflect their actual printed sizes.
The book navigator allows several ways of looking at the books. I recommend going fullscreen and then selecting either double-page, or single-page views.
I will upload more photo books and information in due time.
The Munich photos will be presented properly in due time. They constitute my first book – printed in 2013. For that reason, I’ll leave them in this light box form for the time being.
The date following each title reflects when the series was photographed – not necessarily the year the book was first printed.

Minigolf Archeology – 2017
Introduction On the 13th of June, 2017, I took these photographs at the deserted Murmelbachtal minigolf complex in Wuppertal, Germany. I discovered the site after deciding to follow a road – intriguingly named – Zur Konradswüste – To Konrad’s desert. The road meanders through a landscape which is correctly described by the name Murmelbachtal –…
